Our team has spent five years building and running an installation company with more than 100 people. We know how much work happens before and after a crew gets to site.

Here’s the proposal.

• We’d invest $100,000 for a non-voting minority stake, at your latest valuation. If you don’t have one, we can discuss it together.
• You run the company. No board seat or voting rights. We’d ask for regular business updates and get involved where you want help with AI.
• We’d make a practical AI plan, then build the improvements you choose: following up quotes, updating your CRM or preparing job reports. The plan and agreed implementation are free. Forever.
• We aim to complete diligence in under two weeks once we have the agreed documents.

How we make money.

Say an invoice doesn’t match the original quote. Your team checks the job report and works out whether the extra charge is justified. We can help automate those checks. AI labs can use anonymized examples of that work to teach their systems to do the same checks, then test whether they get the answer right.

We’d anonymize those examples, removing names and identifying customer details. We plan to license them to AI research labs and use that revenue to pay for our work with you. As a shareholder, we also benefit when your business grows.

Before we start, we agree which historical and future records you have the right to share, what can be shared and for how long. Ancor’s right to license that material for the agreed AI uses would be exclusive. You keep using your data to run your business.
